I. Registration fees for the conference “Genome editing: biomedical and ethical perspectives” for those who register BEFORE 1 April 2017:

  1. Regular registration fee for attendees (including attendees with presentations and panel chairs): 475 EUR
  2. Registration fees for members of the European Division of the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics and members of the Cambridge Consortium for Bioethics Education: 300 EUR
  3. Registration fee for CSB Corresponding members (see this Link): 260 EUR
  4. Registration fee for graduate students: 235 EUR

 

SPECIAL RATES: Registration fees for the conference “Genome editing: biomedical and ethical perspectives” for those who register BETWEEN 1 April 2017 and 10 May 2017:

  1. Regular registration fee for attendees (including attendees with presentations and panel chairs): 550 EUR
  2. Registration fees for members of the European Division of the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics and members of the Cambridge Consortium for Bioethics Education: 355 EUR

III. Registration fees for the conference “Genome editing: biomedical and ethical perspectives” for those who register BETWEEN 1 June 2017 and 31 July 2017:

  1. Regular registration fee for attendees (including attendees with presentations and panel chairs): 740 EUR
  2. Registration fees for members of the European Division of the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics and members of the Cambridge Consortium for Bioethics Education: 540 EUR
  3. Registration fee for CSB Corresponding members (see this Link): 445 EUR

IV. Registration fees for the conference “Genome editing: biomedical and ethical perspectives” for those who register BETWEEN 1 August and 19 August 2017:

  1. Regular registration fee for attendees (including attendees with presentations and panel chairs): 995 EUR
  2. Registration fees for members of the European Division of the UNESCO Chair in Bioethics and members of the Cambridge Consortium for Bioethics Education: 655 EUR

The registration fee includes conference materials, coffee breaks and light lunches.

Notes:

1. Conference attendees are advised to determine the registration fee on the basis of the most favorable category that applies to them; the accuracy of the information can be checked on the CSB website for most categories for which the registration fee is waived.

2. For those categories for which registration fees are waived until 1 March 2017, registration fees for CSB Corresponding Members will apply after 1 March 2017.

3. Registered conference attendees have the right to attend the conference during 20 and 21 August 2017 and to obtain conference materials, light lunches, refreshments and coffee/tea at no cost during both days of the conference.

4. Registration is considered as complete after submission of requested information on conference attendees and realization of payment. The payment is considered as realized as soon as the Beneficiary´s bank has received it. Realized payments will not be returned in the case that a registered conference attendee cancels his or her attendance.
