Description of services Our service is in this case the organization of an international conference on bioethics, in partnership with Oxford University. The price of our service will range from around 500 Euro (around 60.000 RSD) and increase progressively up to the conference itself. VAT is included in the price.
Privacy policy We will never misuse your private information in any way. We will not share your contact information with third parties unless required to do so by law.
Protection of confidential transaction data When entering your payment card details, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently the most advanced cryptographic technology. Payment data security is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa AD Beograd. The entire payment process is therefore carried out on the website of the bank. At no point are the payment card data available to our system.
Reclamation policy Registration is considered as complete after our bank has received the registration fee. If a participant cancels his or her participation, the registration fee will not be returned.
Confirmation of payment After each completed e-transaction, the Service Provider will notify the Customer within 24 hours of the payment that the transaction was successful or that it failed. This Notification-Payment Confirmation shall be made by the Service Provider in a web form or by e-mail, and it will contain clearly and unambiguously the following:
Information on the payment and outcome of the transaction (successful -card account charged with the amount or unsuccessful – card account not charged)
Customer Info: first and last name, e-mail, address
Information about the order: list of services, unit price, quantity, tax, total cost, and user ID assigned by the Service Provider
Information about the Service Provider: name, address, TIN
Transaction data: date and time of executed transaction, as well as parameters assigned by the bank AUTH_CODE, PAYMENT_ID, and TRANSACTION_ID
Confirmation that the reservation of the service has been completed, i.e. that the place on the educational event has been reserved
6. Conversion statement All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site
7. Proof of Registration and Entry Confirmation When a participant purchases a registration fee for the conference, they will receive an email confirmation acknowledging their payment. It is essential that the attendee retains this confirmation email and presents it upon entering the conference venue. The email confirmation serves as proof of registration and grants the attendee access to the conference sessions, workshops, and any other activities included in the purchased registration package. Failure to present the confirmation email may result in denial of entry or delay in accessing conference facilities. It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure they have the necessary documentation for entry, and the conference organizers cannot be held liable for any inconvenience caused by the failure to provide the confirmation email.
8. Requesting and Processing Conference Registration Fee Refunds
To initiate a return for a conference registration fee, attendees must follow the specified procedures outlined by the conference organizers. Requests for registration fee refunds should be submitted in writing to our email address office@csb.eu.com. Please include the following details in your refund request: your full name, contact information, registration details, and the reason for cancellation.
Upon receiving the refund request, the conference organizers will review the request and assess its eligibility based on the stated refund policy. The organizers will notify the attendee of the refund decision via email within 7 days of receiving the request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days from the date of the refund decision.
It is important to note that any applicable processing fees or transaction charges incurred during the registration process are non-refundable. Additionally, the conference organizers reserve the right to make exceptions to the return policy on a case-by-case basis, considering extenuating circumstances.
Please ensure that all refund requests are submitted in a timely manner and provide accurate and complete information to facilitate the processing of your refund. The conference organizers will make reasonable efforts to expedite the return process, but we appreciate your understanding that refund timelines may vary depending on the volume of requests and other factors beyond our control.
9. Refunds and Payment Methods for Returned Goods In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who has previously made a payment using any of the payment cards, whether partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, CSB is obligated to process the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods. This means that upon the merchant’s request, the bank will refund the funds to the cardholder’s account.
